Our VPS rentals are custom-configured packages rather than fixed commodity plans. Choose 1, 2, 3, 4, or 6 virtual CPU cores for compatible game-server software, including Minecraft. We help you select a configuration based on the game, expected player count, plugins or mods, and workload.

Customer-Managed VPS Workloads

Supported customer-managed workloads include multiplayer game servers, websites and web applications, and general-purpose computing workloads. Customers select and administer the software running on their server within the purchased resource limits. All workloads must comply with our acceptable-use terms and applicable law.

Resource & Requirement Review

We discuss your project details, such as player count, mod requirements, software, or bandwidth needs, to verify resource availability and determine the appropriate VPS configuration. Approved configurations receive a custom order quote and setup timeline.

Review Quote & Begin Service

Review the configuration, service term, and total price in USD before payment. Service credentials and account details are then delivered according to the fulfillment policy below.

Service & Purchase Policies

Please review these policies before purchasing. The specific service, resource allocation, billing term, delivery estimate, and total price in USD will also be provided in writing before payment.

Pricing & Billing

Services start at $7.50 USD and are individually quoted based on the requested resource configuration, service term, and any requested setup options. VPS offerings are custom-configured packages rather than fixed commodity plans; each VPS quote specifies its vCPU, RAM, storage type and capacity, bandwidth, any allocated GPU resources, setup scope, and service term. All prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Quotes, invoices, and receipts identify the service purchased, applicable configuration, service or billing period, and final price. We do not charge until you approve the quote. Card charges appear on customer statements as SIGMASERVERS.

Digital Delivery & Fulfillment

VPS services are delivered electronically through server access credentials and configuration information. Customer service for purchased services is available through email, phone, or Discord. The expected activation timeframe is included in your quote or order confirmation. No physical goods are shipped, so physical returns and exchanges do not apply.

Refund & Dispute Policy

The following baseline refund terms apply unless a more favorable policy is stated in your written quote or required by law:

  • You are eligible for a full refund if Sigma Servers cannot deliver the service described in your approved quote.
  • You may request a refund within 24 hours after initial service activation if a technical failure prevents the service from functioning as quoted and we cannot resolve the issue.
  • After the initial 24-hour period, we do not provide prorated refunds for billing periods in which credentials, VPS capacity, or other dedicated resources have been actively used.
  • Prepaid fixed-term services end after the purchased service period unless renewed. Recurring services continue until canceled and must be canceled before the next billing date to avoid another charge.

To request a refund or dispute a charge, email us with your name, purchase date, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing times may vary.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel a recurring service, email us before the next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Requests received after the next charge has been processed apply to the following billing period. Ending a prepaid or recurring service early does not produce a prorated refund after credentials or dedicated resources have been actively used, except as provided in our refund policy or required by law.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or using a service, you agree to the service description, quote, billing term, and policies shown here. Services may be used only for lawful purposes. Customers may not use a VPS for unauthorized access, malware, spam, harassment, infringement, attacks, fraud, illegal content, or attempts to disrupt networks or services. Customers may not use a VPS or allocated GPU resources for cryptocurrency mining or staking. Customers must follow applicable laws, software licenses, game rules, and third-party platform terms. We may suspend service used in violation of these requirements. Serious abuse, fraud, attacks, malware distribution, or unlawful activity may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

Service Limitations

Network speed, latency, availability, and compatibility depend on third-party networks, customer equipment, software, location, and other conditions outside our control. We do not guarantee access to any particular game or website, or that every game or software package will be compatible with every VPS configuration. Minecraft and other referenced product names belong to their respective owners; Sigma Servers is an independent service provider and is not endorsed by them.

We do not sell personal information. Information shared directly with us may be disclosed to service providers, including our payment processor, when reasonably necessary to process payments, operate or support our services, prevent fraud, or comply with law. We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
